Specially curated honey. Raw Cut Comb in Acacia Honey is a beautifully light and sweet honey.
The honey within the comb is still contained within its original hexagonal-shaped beeswax cells, these are called the honeycomb.
The honeycomb has received no processing, filtering or manipulation and is honey straight from the hive.
The comb itself is perfect for spreading on toast as the wax melts into the warm bread and enhances the soft and sweet flavour of the Acacia honey.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Our honey is a natural product and may crystallise. If honey consistency is hard, warm to soften.

For orders under 5kg we use Royal Mail across the UK. For orders of 5kg and over we use DPD.

Our Royal Mail option is only available on orders with a weight under 5 kg. Order weight is calculated at checkout and the Royal Mail option will be presented at the shipping stage if available.
Royal Mail delivery can be tracked and we recommend customers to download the Royal Mail app where possible to track and manage the delivery of your parcel.
UK orders over 5kg are shipped with DPD, this option will automatically be offered at the checkout.

Isle of Man
Royal Mail is used for the delivery of all parcels to the Isle of Man.

Calculation of Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the grand total of your order. If you apply a discount code or loyalty credit your total may change and shipping costs will be recalculated.
Failed Deliveries
If the delivery of your order cannot be completed and it is returned to our warehouse we will contact you to offer two options for your order:
(i) We will re-arrange delivery of your order but you will be required to pay a £3.50 resend fee before the parcel is resent.
(ii) We will refund your order less the £4.00 shipping fee.

Returns
1. If you change your mind and don’t want the Product within 14 days of its delivery to you, your rights to cancel are set out at clause 11 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply. Please note to be eligible for a refund the Product must be unopened, in its original packaging and sealed. We will only be obliged to process any refund due once we have received the Product back from you.
If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind then:
You are responsible for the cost of return postage of the items.
2. If you discover that the Product is faulty or not of satisfactory quality within 30 days of the Product being delivered or us delivering the Product you may also be entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with clause 11.9 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply.
3. Ensure that if you do want to cancel a contract you follow the cancellation procedure at clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions of Supply. Failure to do so may result in a delay in any refund being processed.
4. We strive to ensure all our Products are of the highest standard. If you do feel there is something wrong with the Product or if you have any questions please feel free to email us on customerservices@manukadoctor.co.uk
