How it works
Our Cashmere Cream is a silky soft age-defying cream enriched with a precious blend of oils, Purified Bee Venom (PBV™), Manuka Honey and Shea Butter.
This advanced, luxurious formula melts into the skin and helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles, improve skin’s elasticity and smoothes and moisturises uneven skin tone for Cashmere touch skin. But don’t take our word for it, read why it worked in a clinical trial for more data.
Why it works
In a clinical trial of 30 women aged between 35 and 65 years old, three ways of measuring the effect of the product including skin firmness and elasticity, wrinkle depth and overall skin appearances were tested after 15 minutes (short term effects) and after 28 days of continuous use (long term effects).
In the short term, 70 per cent of the women in the trial noticed their skin felt firmer, more radiant and smoother, after just one application.
In the long term, 97 per cent of the women reported a positive effect on skin firmness and elasticity after 28 days of use.

The Beauty Bible Awards were established with the launch of the very first book, The Beauty Bible, back in 1996. To date, more than 30,000 women have been involved in real-life testing of products – making the Beauty Bible Awards the largest independent survey of beauty products anywhere in the world.
Importantly, these are Awards based on results observed by real women, proudly testing real products: every woman gets 10 products, trialling them over a period of months. The products – across the whole beauty spectrum – are assessed by panels who fill in comprehensive questionnaires and score each product, with those scores proving incredibly consistent. How to use
Apply morning and night.
Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children.
Avoid direct contact with eyes. We recommend a patch test before use. Do not use if you have an allergy to any of the listed ingredients.
If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.

None of our products contain SLS, Parabens & Phthalates.

Estimated shipping times are from the point of dispatch from our warehouse.
Our Royal Mail option is only available on orders with a weight under 1.5 kg. Order weight is calculated at checkout and the Royal Mail option will be presented at the shipping stage if available.
The Royal Mail option can take 5-7 working days for delivery. Delivery can be tracked.
DPD Pick-up Shop is an option available at the checkout. The customer is responsible for selecting DPD Pickup and choosing their pick-up location. The customer is responsible for then collecting the parcel from this location. The charge for this delivery is £3.50 regardless of order value. If the customer sends a parcel to one of these Pick-up locations using another of our delivery options they will be charged again for delivery to the correct address.

Calculation of Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the grand total of your order. If you apply a discount code or loyalty credit your total may change and shipping costs will be recalculated.
Failed Deliveries
If the delivery of your order cannot be completed and it is returned to our warehouse we will contact you to offer two options for your order:
(i) We will re-arrange delivery of your order but you will be required to pay a £3.50 resend fee before the parcel is resent.
(ii) We will refund your order less the £6.50 shipping fee that we are charged by DPD.

Returns
1. If you change your mind and don’t want the Product within 14 days of its delivery to you, your rights to cancel are set out at clause 11 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply. Please note to be eligible for a refund the Product must be unopened, in its original packaging and sealed. We will only be obliged to process any refund due once we have received the Product back from you.
If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind then:
You are responsible for the cost of return postage of the items.
2. If you discover that the Product is faulty or not of satisfactory quality within 30 days of the Product being delivered or us delivering the Product you may also be entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with clause 11.9 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply.
3. Ensure that if you do want to cancel a contract you follow the cancellation procedure at clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions of Supply. Failure to do so may result in a delay in any refund being processed.
