The highest strength Manuka Doctor honey available in the larger 500g pot. This max strength 740 MGO Manuka Honey has a high level of antimicrobial activity, giving you the maximum benefits. Tested five times for purity and quality between Hive to Home, you can be sure this is a genuine, monofloral Manuka Honey with a 740 MGO rating. Harvested and packed by us in New Zealand, this is Manuka you can trust.
Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old.

Manuka Doctor Manuka Honey purchased directly from us will have an expiry date with a minimum of 6 months remaining from the date of purchase, unless advertised otherwise.
In hot weather we recommend that our Manuka Doctor Honey is refrigerated to maintain a thick, golden consistency. If your honey does become runny then simply chill for a few hours.

Our Royal Mail option is only available on orders with a weight under 5 kg. Order weight is calculated at checkout and the Royal Mail option will be presented at the shipping stage if available.
Royal Mail delivery can be tracked and we recommend customers to download the Royal Mail app where possible to track and manage the delivery of your parcel.
UK orders over 5kg are shipped with DPD, this option will automatically be offered at the checkout.

Calculation of Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the grand total of your order. If you apply a discount code or loyalty credit your total may change and shipping costs will be recalculated.
Failed Deliveries
If the delivery of your order cannot be completed and it is returned to our warehouse we will contact you to offer two options for your order:
(i) We will re-arrange delivery of your order but you will be required to pay a £3.50 resend fee before the parcel is resent.
(ii) We will refund your order less the £4.00 shipping fee.
Please see clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Supply for more information.
Returns
1. If you change your mind and don’t want the Product within 14 days of its delivery to you, your rights to cancel are set out at clause 11 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply. Please note to be eligible for a refund the Product must be unopened, in its original packaging and sealed. We will only be obliged to process any refund due once we have received the Product back from you.
If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind then:
You are responsible for the cost of return postage of the items.
2. If you discover that the Product is faulty or not of satisfactory quality within 30 days of the Product being delivered or us delivering the Product you may also be entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with clause 11.9 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply.
3. Ensure that if you do want to cancel a contract you follow the cancellation procedure at clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions of Supply. Failure to do so may result in a delay in any refund being processed.
