Manuka Doctor 1000 MGO is exceptionally rare and exquisitely pure Manuka honey.
To create this Ultra High Grade the hive-location, concentration of Manuka bushes and even the weather conditions must be perfect in New Zealand. This generates the highest-quality blooms with strong pollen content.
Our honeybees forage on these bushes, carrying the pollen back to a group of hives in a secret remote location where nature then works its magic.
Genuine Manuka honey like this is only made by bees gathering pollen from the Manuka Bush (Leptospermum Scoparium) which is native to New Zealand.
Monofloral Manuka honey has nectar predominantly from the Manuka Bush, giving our Max Strength Manuka honey a higher concentration of Manuka Nectar than other Manuka.
All Manuka Doctor honey has its MGO level validated by an independent lab in New Zealand and the UK. Meaning it is certified to have the highest quality and MGO levels which in turn provides very high anti-microbial properties.

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old.
Manuka Doctor Mānuka Honey purchased directly from us will have an expiry date with a minimum of 6 months remaining from the date of purchase.

In hot weather we recommend that our Manuka Doctor Honey is refrigerated to maintain a thick, golden consistency. If your honey does become runny then simply chill for a few hours.

Our Royal Mail option is only available on orders with a weight under 5 kg. Order weight is calculated at checkout and the Royal Mail option will be presented at the shipping stage if available.

UK orders over 5kg are shipped with DPD, this option will automatically be offered at the checkout.

Calculation of Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the grand total of your order. If you apply a discount code or loyalty credit your total may change and shipping costs will be recalculated.
Failed Deliveries
If the delivery of your order cannot be completed and it is returned to our warehouse we will contact you to offer two options for your order:
(i) We will re-arrange delivery of your order but you will be required to pay a £3.50 resend fee before the parcel is resent.
(ii) We will refund your order less the £4.00 shipping fee.
Please see clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Supply for more information.
Returns
1. If you change your mind and don’t want the Product within 14 days of its delivery to you, your rights to cancel are set out at clause 11 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply. Please note to be eligible for a refund the Product must be unopened, in its original packaging and sealed. We will only be obliged to process any refund due once we have received the Product back from you.
If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind then:
You are responsible for the cost of return postage of the items.
2. If you discover that the Product is faulty or not of satisfactory quality within 30 days of the Product being delivered or us delivering the Product you may also be entitled to a refund or exchange in accordance with clause 11.9 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply.
3. Ensure that if you do want to cancel a contract you follow the cancellation procedure at clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions of Supply. Failure to do so may result in a delay in any refund being processed.
